About Baby Beats Care
A fertility clinic that tells you the truth first
Baby Beats Care is Dr. Shital Jadhav’s practice in Kandivali East — fertility, maternity and women’s health in one place, run on the belief that couples make better decisions when nothing is hidden from them.
“You are not just my patient — you’ll feel like more than family.

What we hold ourselves to
Four things we won’t do
Most clinics tell you what they offer. These are the lines we’ve decided not to cross, because in fertility care the harm usually comes from what gets rushed or left unsaid.
We won’t over-stimulate to make numbers look good
A higher egg count reads well on paper and carries real risk to you. Protocols here are dosed to your response and your safety, and adjusted mid-cycle when your body says so — not held to a target set on day one.
We won’t start a cycle you don’t understand
Before anything begins, you should be able to explain your own plan back to us: what’s being done, why this protocol and not another, what it costs, and what would make us change course. If you can’t, we haven’t finished explaining.
We won’t rush you into IVF
Plenty of couples who walk in expecting IVF need something simpler first, and some need investigation rather than treatment. If a less invasive route is reasonable for you, that’s what gets offered — even though it earns the clinic less.
We won’t promise you an outcome
Nobody can guarantee a pregnancy, and clinics that imply otherwise are selling hope rather than care. What we commit to is a sound plan, honest odds for your specific situation, and clear reasoning at every decision.
The doctor you’ll actually see
Dr. Shital Jadhav
MBBS, DGO, DNB — Fertility, Maternity & Laparoscopic Surgery
NMC Reg. No. XXXXXX
Germany-trained in reproductive medicine, Dr. Jadhav has spent two decades across fertility, high-risk obstetrics and laparoscopic gynaecology — an unusual combination, and the reason couples here don’t get handed between specialists as their situation changes.
She sees every patient herself, from the first consultation through to delivery. If you come in for fertility treatment and go on to have a high-risk pregnancy, the same doctor who knows your history is the one managing it.

Under one roof
Four kinds of care, one clinical record
Fertility and maternity are usually split across two providers, which means repeating your history at the worst possible moment. Here they aren’t.
Fertility & IVF
Investigation, IUI, IVF and ICSI, egg freezing, and second opinions on cycles done elsewhere.
PCOS & hormones
Root-cause management of PCOS, irregular cycles, thyroid and prolactin issues, and metabolic health.
Maternity & high-risk
Antenatal care through delivery, including GDM, hypertension, twins and IUGR, with neonatal support on site.
Gynaecology & surgery
Laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, fibroids, endometriosis and routine women’s health.
Who you’ll meet
The clinic is small on purpose
You’ll recognise the people you deal with, and they’ll know your name and your file without looking it up.
The treatment desk
Your first point of contact for appointments, injection timing, scan dates and anything urgent between visits. The same number throughout your cycle.
The embryology team
Handles retrieval, fertilisation, culture and freezing in the lab, and reports embryo progress to you directly rather than through a summary at the end.
Nursing and birthing staff
Present through stimulation, procedures and delivery. Several of the reviews on our Google listing are about them rather than the doctor, which tells you something.
Come and ask us anything
The first consultation is a conversation about your history and what the realistic options are. Nothing is started on the first visit, and you’re not committed to anything by coming in.
