Not everyone reaching out needs the same thing
Pick the line that sounds like you. It goes straight to the right person, so you don’t have to explain your situation twice.
We’ve been trying for a while
Six months, two years, or longer — with or without tests done. We’ll start with a conversation, not a package.
Book a first consultation → Usually answered the same day during clinic hoursA cycle failed somewhere else
Send your reports before you come in. Dr. Jadhav reviews the previous protocol first, so the visit is about what changes — not repeating history.
Send reports on WhatsApp → Report review before your appointmentI’m pregnant and looking for care
Routine or high-risk — GDM, hypertension, twins, IUGR. Includes transfers from another doctor at any week.
Book an antenatal visit → Same-day slots often availableSomething isn’t right and I want it checked
Irregular cycles, PCOS, painful periods, fibroids, or a laparoscopy opinion. Investigated properly before anything is advised.
Book a gynaec consultation → Tests explained before they’re orderedI’m mid-treatment and have a question
Injection timing, a scan date, a report you don’t understand, a side effect you weren’t expecting. Message the same number you’ve been using — your file is already with us.
Message the treatment desk → For anything urgent, call +91 77770 11961 instead of messagingClinic details

You reach out
Call, WhatsApp, or send the form. Someone from the clinic — not a call centre — responds and finds you a slot.
We review before you arrive
Share any earlier reports on WhatsApp. They’re read beforehand, so your consultation starts where your history left off.
You leave with a plan
What’s being investigated, why, what it costs and what the realistic options are — explained in plain language before anything begins.
Before you call
Questions people ask us first
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
An appointment is better — it means you’re seen at your time instead of waiting. Call or WhatsApp and we’ll find a slot, often the same day. Walk-ins are accommodated between booked consultations wherever possible.
Should my husband come along for the first visit?
For a fertility consultation, yes, if it can be arranged. Roughly half of fertility findings are on the male side, and a semen analysis is one of the first and simplest tests. If he can’t come, it’s still worth starting — we’ll plan his tests separately.
What should I bring to the first consultation?
Any earlier reports you have: hormone tests, semen analysis, ultrasound or HSG reports, and previous IVF or IUI summaries with the medicines used. Photos on your phone are fine. If you have nothing, come anyway — we’ll start from the beginning.
Can I speak to Dr. Jadhav before deciding on treatment?
Yes. The first consultation is a conversation about your history and what the options realistically are. Nothing is started on the first visit, and you’re not committed to a treatment plan by coming in.
I live outside Mumbai. Can we start with a video consultation?
Yes. Send your reports on WhatsApp and we’ll schedule a video consultation. If you do need to travel, we group scans, tests and the consultation into as few days as possible.
How much does the first consultation cost?
Consultation fees are shared upfront when you book — call or WhatsApp and you’ll be told before you come in. Treatment estimates are given in writing before anything starts, so there are no surprises later.
